Join us at The Ritz Carlton on beautiful Amelia Island, Florida.  The meeting will kick off on Wednesday with a cocktail reception at the resort.  Incredible breakfast buffets will be served on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday mornings.  Insightful speaking sessions and wonderful camaraderie will be featured as well as a closing night dinner at the resort.
This meeting will also feature the opportunity to add an additional offsite activity including a lunch and private river cruise tour of the area.
River Cruise:
With spectacular views of wildlife and fascinating stories about the area, guides will enrich your coastal experience with intrigue and wonder. 1pm – 4:30pm.

Join us as we embark on an exceptional tour in the waterways that encompass Amelia and Cumberland Islands. Our informative guides will take you on a journey that unveils the captivating history and diverse wildlife of the area. Includes boxed lunch and drink.
- Resort sleeping room reservations will be made by each attendee using an online booking link which will be provided in your meeting reservation confirmation email. Please note that you must make your own reservations. Due to attrition, hotel reservations are non-refundable. Â Once you make your reservation, you are responsible for the payment, even if you cancel the room.
